The Baby & Me course (6 months-3 years) introduces infants to the water in a fun and loving environment. Parents or caregivers are taught proper techniques to introduce their infants and toddlers to skills such as:

• Holding their breath/submersion

• Moving in the water

• Rolling over and floating on their back

The first priority is survival and safety, however classes incorporate songs and activities to make it fun while meeting swim skill benchmarks!
